Housed in the original Farmer's Gin and Co-Op building, built in 1927, The Gin at Nolan Creek has kept the original nostalgia of the building but promises new and amazing Texas cuisine. With every effort to tease the senses, The Gin at Nolan Creek grills over an open fire, fed only by seasoned mesquite hardwood. This old style of cooking is carried throughout our menu. You'll enjoy delicious mesquite grilled meats and fresh, flavorful, homemade salad dressings, sauces and desserts.
